Miami[apos]s most potent power bat who tied the program[apos]s then single-season record with nine home runs ... had first career multi-home run game against Eastern Kentucky (Feb. 23) at the Panera Bread Classic when she went 2-for-2 with three RBIs ... hit six of her nine home runs in non-conference action, including two against Purdue and three at the Miami Softball Invitational (March 23-25) ... reset the Miami single-season walks record with 32 free passes ... reached base safely in 22 of Miami[apos]s last 23 games ... hit safely in 11 of Miami[apos]s final 14 games ... tied for the highest overall batting average (.243) from a freshman position player ... started 60 of Miami[apos]s 62 games, splitting time between catcher and outfield ... her 26 RBIs and 42 hits were the most by a Miami freshman this season ... ranked second on the team with nine stolen bases in 10 attempts.
