
RedHawk Trio Named All-American Scholars

The list of 2025-26 AHCA/Krampade All-American Scholars was announced today, and three Miami University student-athletes were recognized: sophomore forward John Emmons, freshman forward Ethan Hay and freshman goaltender Benji Motew. All qualifying players posted a GPA of 3.75 or better in each semester last season.
Emmons, a native of Washington, Mich., is majoring in Finance/Accountancy in the Farmer School of Business. Hay, a product of Waterloo, Ontario, is studying Sport Management in the College of Education, Health and Society. Motew, a Glencoe, Ill. native, is a Finance major in the Farmer School of Business.
Miami will open its 2026-27 season on Friday, Oct. 2 at Northern Michigan.
