Boule, Burke Named Miami Athletes of the Week

For their performances last week, Mia Boule and Clayton Burke are Miami's Athletes of the Week, presented by Skyline Chili for the week of March 20.
Female Winner: Mia Boule
Mia Boule won the women's pole vault at the RedHawk invitational with a PR of 4.12m. This vault is second in Miami's program history and the same position in the MAC. Her jump this week places her at 54th in D1 NCAA. A junior pole vaulter from Yorkville, Ill., she is studying Kinesiology in the College of Education, Health and Society.
Male Winner: Clayton Burke
Clayton Burke improved his season record to 6-1 on Saturday, recording 26 of the 27 outs in the RedHawks' series-clinching 6-3 win over Toledo. He made his way through 8.2 innings with just 110 pitches, which included four innings where he did not allow a single baserunner. He left the game having surrendered just five hits, one walk and zero earned runs and struck out six batters. A graduate student from Portland, Ore., he is studying Sport Management in the College of Education, Health and Society.
