OXFORD, Ohio – Rock Entertainment Sports Network, a joint venture between Rock Entertainment Group and Gray Media, will continue to broadcast Miami Hockey home games from Steve "Coach" Cady Arena on television this season.
All Miami home games will air on RESN, with several games broadcasting live and other contests set for delayed re-air coverage. Broadcasts will continue to also be available on NCHC.tv for subscribers to stream. Longtime announcers Greg Waddell (play-by-play) and Drew Davis (color analyst) will call the action.
Additionally, several Miami games will air nationally across various Gray stations, with that broadcast schedule to be announced later in conjunction with the NCHC.
"We are thrilled to extend our partnership with Rock Entertainment Sports Network for a second year," said
Brad Okel, Assistant Vice President of Development and Associate AD of Revenue Generation. "RESN's continued commitment to broadcasting Miami Hockey home games allows us to showcase the excitement and tradition of RedHawk Hockey to an even broader audience.
"This collaboration strengthens our connection with fans, alumni, and the greater community while elevating the visibility of our program."
"RESN viewers love Ohio sports, and Division I Miami Hockey is a wonderful addition for our audience," said Gray Media interim general manager Nick Hasenecz. "It is fantastic to have the RedHawks back for year two!"
Rock Entertainment Sports Network is available over the air in Cincinnati on channel 19.3, Cleveland on channel 22.1, and Columbus on channel 17.1,
with additional cable provider options available here. RESN serves as the home for the Cleveland Monsters (American Hockey League), the Cleveland Charge (NBA G League), the Lake Erie Crushers (Frontier League), college football and Ohio high school sports as well as original programming for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Monsters and Charge.
