Meet the 2025-26 Miami Hockey Team: Charlie Michaud

OXFORD, Ohio— With the Miami Hockey season set to begin on Friday, Oct. 3 against Ferris State at Steve "Coach" Cady Arena, second-year head coach Anthony Noreen's program will have quite a few new faces in 2025-26.

Charlie Michaud, a defenseman from Denver, Colo., will join the RedHawks this year. He spent last season in the USHL with the Madison Capitols.

PRIOR TO MIAMI

Served as assistant captain with USHL's Madison Capitols in 2024-25, collecting 32 points (5-27-32) in 61 games
Produced 16 points (4-12-16) in 55 appearances for Madison in 2023-24 with a +11 rating and added one assist in postseason
Was named USHL Defenseman of Week twice
Previously served as assistant captain with Little Caesars 15U and 16U AAA teams, including 53-point campaign (17-36-53) with 16U group in 2022-23
