
Meet the 2025-26 Miami Hockey Team: Charlie Michaud

OXFORD, Ohio— With the Miami Hockey season set to begin on Friday, Oct. 3 against Ferris State at Steve "Coach" Cady Arena, second-year head coach Anthony Noreen's program will have quite a few new faces in 2025-26.
Charlie Michaud, a defenseman from Denver, Colo., will join the RedHawks this year. He spent last season in the USHL with the Madison Capitols.

- Served as assistant captain with USHL's Madison Capitols in 2024-25, collecting 32 points (5-27-32) in 61 games
- Produced 16 points (4-12-16) in 55 appearances for Madison in 2023-24 with a +11 rating and added one assist in postseason
- Was named USHL Defenseman of Week twice
- Previously served as assistant captain with Little Caesars 15U and 16U AAA teams, including 53-point campaign (17-36-53) with 16U group in 2022-23
