Miami Hockey travels to Duluth, Minn. this weekend for the RedHawks' final trip of the regular season. Miami comes in at 3-25-2 (0-20-0 NCHC) after 5-1 and 5-2 losses to then-No. 6 Denver last weekend. The Bulldogs are 11-17-2 (7-12-1 NCHC) and were swept at then-No. 17 North Dakota last week by 4-2 and 6-1 scores.
This week's games are set for Friday, Feb. 28 at 8:07 p.m. ET and Saturday, March 1 at 7:07 p.m. ET. Friday's game is a national telecast on CBS Sports Network; Alex Heinert (play-by-play), Dave Starman (analyst) and Shireen Saski (rinkside) will have the call. Saturday night's game is set to air on NCHC.tv and tape-delayed coverage will be available at 4 p.m. ET Sunday on Rock Entertainment Sports Network. Miami's radio coverage each night features Greg Waddell (play-by-play), and will broadcast on WKBV 1490 AM (Richmond, Ind.) Friday and WMOH 1450 AM The Ticket (Hamilton, Ohio) Saturday. Â
Colby Ambrosio (6-12-18) and
Johnny Waldron (4-14-18) share the team point lead, with Ambrosio pacing the RedHawks in goals and Waldron topping the team in assists.
Ethan Dahlmeir (1-10-1, 4.04 GAA, .870 save percentage) and
Bruno Bruveris (2-11-1, 4.17 GAA, .864 save %) have each started 13 games in net for Miami this year.
