Miami Hockey Moves into USCHO National Poll

OXFORD, Ohio— The Miami University hockey team returned to the USCHO national rankings for the first time since January 7, 2019 today. The RedHawks are ranked No. 19 in this week's poll after capturing the Belpot Trophy at the Friendship Four last weekend. Miami is also No. 19 in the USA Hockey poll after previously appearing at No. 20 in those rankings four weeks ago.
The RedHawks defeated RIT 4-0 Friday in Belfast, Northern Ireland and took down then-No. 20 Union 3-2 in the championship game Saturday. Miami returns to action Friday, Dec. 5 at 9 p.m. at No. 6/5 Denver.
