MAC Tournament Preview: Field Hockey Takes No. 1 Seed

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference released the bracket for its 2025 Field Hockey Championship, which will take place on the campus of James Madison University on Nov. 5-8. After finishing the season at 13-4 (8-1 MAC) and winning the tiebreaker over UMass, Miami will be the No. 1 seed in the six-team tournament and will earn a bye to the semifinals. The RedHawks will be playing for their eighth straight MAC tournament title.
Miami will open face the winner of No. 4 James Madison and No. 5 Central Michigan on Thursday, Nov. 6. At 11:30 p.m. The winner of that match advances to the final on Saturday, Nov. 8 at noon.
