Miami, UMass Battle to Scoreless Draw

OXFORD, Ohio — The Miami University soccer team posted a 0-0 draw against the University of Massachusetts during a Thursday home contest. The RedHawks move to 7-5-2 (4-2-2 MAC) and extend their unbeaten streak to five matches. UMass is now 5-5-4 (3-3-2 MAC).

- Dominique Popa had an incredible save in the 55th minute, pushing the ball just over the bar.
- In the 67th minute, Rachel Noonan hit a shot from her left foot outside the box that barely went over the bar.
NOTES
- Miami out-shot UMass 10-7, 3-2 (shots on target)
- Popa recorded her seventh shutout of the season, the most in the MAC; she now has 19 clean sheets in her career.
- Katie O'Malley was credited with four shots, her most in a conference game this season.
