Down 55-37 with over 12 minutes of action left, the Red and White went on a 17-4 run to shrink Vermont's lead to just five points at 59-54.
- Suder stole an inbound pass and turned it into a layup to keep Miami in striking distance at 62-58. Woolfolk stole the ball near the top of Vermont's three-point line and maneuvered his way down the court for a step-through layup to make it a one-possession game (66-64) with 1:34 to play. The Red and White came no closer, falling 75-67.
