  • The second set began with back-and-forth action, the score even at 7-7 approaching halfway through the set. Toledo pulled ahead 13-10 before a kill from Ana Vetter and a solo block from Caroline Cermack helped tie the score at 14-14. The Rockets went on to find their rhythm, closing out the second set 25-20.
  • Lydia Michelin put down a pair of kills to score the first points of the third set. The RedHawks followed this up by stretching their lead to 5-0. The Rockets managed to knot things up at 10-10. Toledo eventually claimed a 19-15 lead as the end of the set approached. Trailing 19-18, Miami scored its final seven points by putting down a kill to secure the set 25-22.
  • The RedHawks got off to another hot start in the fourth set, commanding an early 5-2 advantage. A service ace from Ava Francis kept the Red and White ahead 11-10 at the midpoint of the set. The Rockets led 20-15 when Cermack smacked back-to-back kills to trail 20-17. Miami put together a late run to put the score at 22-22 but fell just short, losing 25-22.
