RALEIGH, N.C. — Miami University's
Sam West and
Egor Zotov tied for fourth and 12th place respectively, competing as individuals in a field of 53 golfers at North Carolina State's Wolfpack Invitational. West was even with par after the tournament's two rounds and Zotov finished just three strokes over par.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- West (74-70--144) made six birdies in the final round alone, giving him a score of two under par on the day and notching him a top-five individual finish.
- Zotov (74-73--147) shot two above par in the first round and one above par in the second. His tournament was highlighted by four first-round birdies and sixteen pars in the second round.
- Miami's Eric Lifson (76-79–155) and Cole Walter (77-80–157) also competed as individuals, shooting seven and eight above par, respectively.
