WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Miami University men's golf team carded an 892 at this weekend's Boilermaker Invitational, finishing in a tie for seventh.
Danny Fisher led the way for the RedHawks, firing eight birdies over the course of the weekend, finishing tied for sixth at one over par. In the first round,
Sam West tied his career low round of 73.
How it Happened:
- Danny Fisher led the way for the RedHawks, firing a three round score of 214 (71-68-75).
- Sam West finished tied for 33rd, carding a three-round score of 224 (73-75-76).
- Rounding things out for the RedHawks were Jack Herceg T-47th (75-77-77–229), Jack Mortell T-57th (81-75-75–231) and Jack Ebner T-60th (78-80-74–232).
- Competing in The Jewell hosted by Northern Kentucky, Scott Bitar fired a 78 and Sam Mortell shot a 84.
