How it Happened:
- Miami opened the scoring in the 13th minute as DeMarco put Miami up 1-0. Desiree Grubbs and Haley Anspach picked up assists on the play.
- Seven minutes later Grubbs took a pass from Camber Hayes and found the back of the net to spot the Red and White a 2-0 lead.
- The Flashes answered with a goal late in the first half and another tally early in the second half to knot the score at 2-2 with just over 30 minutes to play.
- Anspach picked up a goal at the 67' mark to once again put Miami up, 3-2 and DeMarco added an insurance goal with four minutes to play to secure the victory.

Miami returns to action on Thursday, March 18 with a trip to Bowling Green. The contest is slated to begin at 7 p.m.
