RedHawks Ready for FAU Spring Championship

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Miami University golf team travels to Florida this weekend for the FAU Spring Championship. The tournament will span three days with teams playing 18 holes on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Miami will be competing against Bethune-Cookman, UCF, UConn, FGCU, Georgetown, George Mason, Hartford, Houston Baptist, Murray State, Rhode Island, Southern Illinois, Xavier, and host Florida Atlantic.
The RedHawks will be playing at Osprey Point Golf Course, a par-72 course spanning 6,786 yards.
"We got some good mojo going. The back half of the trip in Arizona things started to level up a little bit," said head coach Zac Zedrick.
Miami will use a lineup consisting of redshirt senior Brian Ohr, junior Jack Katarincic, sophomore Charlie Nikitas, sophomore Jack Mortell and freshman Jack Ebner. Competing as an individual will be redshirt junior JD Fletcher.
