VERO BEACH, Fla. – After a week off, the Miami golfers are back in action when they travel to Florida for the Quail Valley Intercollegiate. The tournament will be played at Quail Valley Golf Club, a par 72, 7,350-yard course.
"The fairways are fairly generous," said head coach Zac Zedrick. "It's very much right in front of you. If the wind is down and the forecast remains where it's at, I got to imagine scores are going to be pretty low."
The tournament field includes Jacksonville, Lipscomb, Maryland, McNeese, Memphis, Michigan State, North Florida, Notre Dame, Rutgers, South Florida, South Dakota State, UAB and UMKC.
Miami's lineup will consist of senior Jack Katarincic, junior Charlie Nikitas, junior Jack Mortell, redshirt sophomore Jack Herceg and freshman Danny Fisher.
The first two rounds of the tournament will be played on Sunday with the final round taking place on Monday. Live scoring is available here courtesy of Golfstat.
