Live Scoring Quail Valley Day 1 Results

VERO BEACH, Fla. – The Miami University golf team is currently tied for seventh at nine-under par after the first two rounds of the Quail Valley Intercollegiate. The RedHawks shot an eight-under par 280 and a one-under par 287 which put their day one total at 567. Notre Dame leads the team standings at 29-under par.

Ending day one in a tie for ninth at seven-under par is junior Charlie Nikitas. He shot a five-under par 67 in round one and a two-under par 70 in round two. Five strokes ahead of Nikitas and in first place is Paul Foulquie of Missouri – Kansas City.

Junior Jack Mortell shot an even par 72 and a two-under par 70 and is currently tied for 34^th at two-under par. Redshirt sophomore Jack Herceg sits in a tie for 38^th at one-under par following rounds of 69 and 74.

Currently in a tie for 57^th at three-over par following rounds of 74 and 73 is freshman Danny Fisher. Senior Jack Katarincic shot rounds of 72 and 77 and ends the day in a tie for 69^th at five-over par.
