Blue Line Club Hosting Jersey Auction to Support Swoop’s Stoop

In support of Cancer Awareness Week, the Miami University hockey team will be wearing special jerseys this upcoming weekend for its series versus old Central Collegiate Hockey Association rival Ferris State. In conjunction with this, the Blue Line Club will be hosting a jersey auction giving all supporters the unique opportunity to take home this special edition jersey while supporting a worthy cause. Each jersey has a design of cancer awareness ribbons in a variety of colors to represent the different types of cancer.

Proceeds from this jersey auction will be donated to Swoop's Stoop, a student-athlete run organization that was created by former All-American goaltender Cody Reichard. The mission of Swoop's Stoop is to provide life enrichment experiences to children facing life-changing illnesses. Since its inception in 2010, the program has evolved to include all programs within Miami Athletics.

The minimum bid for a jersey is $250 with subsequent bids being accepted in $25 increments. The auction will be run in two separate formats.
