Junior forward Michael Bramos scored Miami's first nine points, going 3-for-3 from the field, including 2-for-2 from 3-point range, and 1-for-2 from the free-throw line. Bramos nailed his third 3-pointer with just over nine minutes left in the first half, giving him 12 points. Bramos ended the first half with 19 points.
Bramos finished with 31 points, his fourth game this season with 30 or more points and his eighth game this season eclipsing 20 points. Bramos went 5-for-9 from 3-point range, marking his second straight game draining five treys.
Junior guard Eric Pollitz had seven first-half rebounds, which tied his career high. Pollitz finished with a career-high nine rebounds
