Miami won its fifth straight game, 68-64, in a come-from-behind win over Central Michigan. The five-game winning streak is the longest win streak since the RedHawks won seven consecutive games during the 2005-06 season.

Michael Bramos accounted for 16 of the RedHawks' 29 first-half points. Late in the second half Bramos surpassed the 30-point plateau, the third time this season Bramos has eclipsed 30 points. Bramos finished with 32 for the game.

Bramos amassed a career-high five blocked shots and moved into a tie for sixth-place on Miami's career blocked shot chart with 74. The five blocked shots ties for fifth on Miami's single-game chart.

Miami had a season-high ten blocked shots, which ties for second most blocks in a single game in Miami history.

Junior forward Tyler Dierkers tied a career-high for the third straight games with nine rebounds.

Junior guard Kenny Hayes scored 17 points in the game, marking the ninth game in a row that he has scored in double figures.

Senior forward Tim Poillitz, who scored the game's first basket, was plagued by three first-half fouls and limiting his time to just five minutes in the first half.

Robbie Harman scored a career-high 18 points, going 6-of-8 from the field, all coming from 3-point range. His previous career high of 14 came against Akron on Jan. 26.

As a team, Central Michigan went 11-of-26 from 3-point range, which are its second most this season. The Chippewas knocked down 12 3-pointers against Buffalo on Feb. 2

The first half was a series of scoring runs. Central Michigan used an 11-1 run to build a 19-9 lead from 11:43 to 7:50 in the first half. Miami came back with a 13-3 run to knot the game 22-22 at the 4:25 mark. Bramos scored nine of the RedHawks' 13 points, while junior guard Kenny Hayes added four. Central Michigan went on a 7-0 run to take a 29-22 lead with 2:58 remaining. Miami staged its own 7-0 to knot the game 29-29 with 1:09 remaining. CMU hit the last basket of the first half to carry the 31-29 lead into the half.
