Caroline Holt

Caroline Holt joined the RedHawks in 2018 as its first full-time Director of Volleyball Operations. She is responsible for team travel, camps, supervision of the graduate assistants and helps with scouting and preparation for future opponents.

Holt was a two-year starter at setter and served as team captain for Notre Dame in 2016 and 2017. She helped lead the Irish to the NCAA Tournament during her senior season. She became the ninth player in Notre Dame history to record 2,000 career assists and was named Second-Team All-ACC in 2016.

Prior to her time with the Irish, Holt spent her first two seasons as the starting setter for Loyola (Chi.) She was a two-year starter for the Ramblers and served as team captain in 2015. Holt was named Second-Team All-MVC in 2015 and accumulated over 2,000 career assists with the Ramblers.

"Caroline has been the perfect addition to our staff as the first Director of Volleyball Operations for our program," said head coach Carolyn Condit. "She is a young professional who has shown the poise, intelligence and common sense to be quite effective in this role. She not only meets all the requirements of our position, but her volleyball knowledge and love for the game as a former Division I setter has made it an easy transition for all of us!"        

Holt earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Notre Dame in 2018. She minored in Education, Schooling and Society.
