Sarah Tirrell's Photo Gallery 2010-11: Cross Country -- Ran in two races (both 5Ks), posting a season-best 5K time of 19:20.0 in the open division of the All-Ohio Championship ... also ran in the Miami Invitational, placing 24th (seventh on the team) in 20:15.
Track and Field -- Indoors, posted a season-best 3000m time of 11:02.06 to place sixth at the Ball State Quad meet ... took third in the 3K race at the Findlay Oiler Opener (11:35.84) ... ran the 5000m run once, clocking 19:30.49 to take 10th at the Bowling Green Challenge. Outdoors, recorded a personal-best 5000m run time of 18:53.82 at the Miami Invitational to take 25th place ... was the runner-up in the 5K at the RedHawk Invitational in 19:43.99 ... was 14th in the 5K at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championships (18:57.14).
High School: Earned four letters in both cross country and track at Hoover High under coach Jason Kirkland ... posted personal-best times of 19:01 in the 5K and 11:32.89 in the 3200m ... helped cross country team qualify for state all four years, leading team to a runner-up finish in 2008 ... named First-Team All-Federal League all four years and first-team all-county three years ... also named Academic All-Ohio final three years.
