2010-11: Cross Country -- Competed in six races for Miami, finishing in the scoring five twice ... ran a 6K season-best 22:09 at the Penn State National Meet where she was 55th overall and fifth on the team ... placed 42nd in the MAC Championship in 22:32.8 and was 115th in the Great Lakes Regional ... posted a 5K season-best 18:02.2 to take 15th at the All-Ohio Championship ... placed ninth overall and fifth on the team at the season-opening Flyer 5K Challenge in 18:32. Track and Field -- Second-Team All-MAC (outdoors) ... Academic All-MAC (indoors and outdoors) ... NCAA East Preliminary Round Qualifier ... Indoors, placed sixth at the MAC Indoor Championships in the 800m in 2:14.30 ... also ran the 800m leg on Miami[apos]s third-place distance medley relay team at the MAC meet that finished in 11:47.22 ... recorded a season-best 800m time of 2:09.65, which ranks her second in indoor school history, to place 14th at the Alex Wilson Invitational ... was the runner-up in the 800m at both the Meyo Invitational (2:10.65) and the Bowling Green Challenge (2:14.85) ... posted a personal-best 600m time of 1:37.35 to take fourth at the Hoosier Hills Invitational ... finished fourth in the mile at the All-Ohio Indoor Championships in 5:06.11 ... ran on the school-record-setting 4x800m relay team that took fourth at the Indiana Relays in 9:04.95. 2009-10: Cross Country -- Second-Team All-MAC ... Academic All-MAC ... ran in all six races, finishing in Miami[apos]s scoring five four times and placing no worse than sixth on the team ... placed 13th at the MAC Championship (fifth on the team) in 23:02.4 ... finished in a career-best 6K time at Pre-Nationals in 22:13.4, which ranks her 14th all-time at Miami in the 6K distance, as she placed third on the team and 116th overall ... finished 91st at regionals in 22:56.40 ... top 5K time of the year came at the Dayton 5K where she placed fifth overall and third on the team in 18:24. Track and Field -- Indoors, took 12th at the MAC Championships (2/26/10) in the 800m in 2:15.90 ... ran a career-best 800m time at the Meyo Invitational (2/6/10) of 2:12.26, which was the best 800m time by a RedHawk on the year ... the time ranks her third in school history while it was the seventh-fastest time in Miami history ... took second in the 800m at the All-Ohio Championships (2/13/10) ... ran a 1:41.02 in the 600m at the BGSU Challenge (1/16/10) to place eighth and was ninth in the mile in the 'invitational final' at the Indiana Relays (1/29/10) in 5:03.68 ... was part of Miami[apos]s distance medley relay team that won three races, including the All-Ohio Championships and the MAC Championships (season-best 11:44.69). Outdoors, NCAA East Preliminary Round qualifier ... ran a 2:11.66 in the 800m at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds, placing 38th (5/29/10)...at the MAC Championships, placed first for Miami and fifth overall in the 800m with a time of 2:12.86 (5/15/10) ... placed fifth with a season-best 800m time of 2:08.69 at the Billy Hayes Invitational (5/7/10), which ranks her third in school history...posted a season-best 1500m time of 4:31.66 at the Miami Invitational (4/10/10) to win the race with the time ranking her in Miami[apos]s all-time top 10 ... helped set two school records at the Penn Relays (4/22/10) as Miami[apos]s distance medley relay team took fourth in 11:31.48 and the 4x1500m relay team was 12th in 18:44.66.
2008-09: Cross Country -- Second-Team All-Mid-American Conference ... Academic All-MAC ... participated in all six races ... finished 13th (17:41.5) at the MAC Championship ... also placed 13th at the Dayton 5K (19:11) ... her best 6K time of the year came at pre-nationals (22:18.3) ... finished 74th (22:53.2) at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional. Track and Field -- MidEast Regional Qualifier ... was a member of the school record-breaking distance medley and 4x800m relay teams at the Drake Relays ... finished fourth in the 800m at the MAC Championships (2:10.79) ... placed second in the 800m at the South Florida Quad ... took home second again in the 1500m at the Miami Invitational ... recorded a regional qualifying time and a third-place finish in the 800m at the All-Ohio Championships in a personal-best 2:09.80, which ranks her third in Miami history in the event ... finished sixth in her heat of the 800m at the MidEast Regional (2:11.4) ... did not compete indoors.
2007-08: Cross Country -- Competed in six of seven team races ... recorded her best 5K time of the season at the Cedarville Invitational in 19:34, earning her 20th place... finished in the top-25 in back-to-back invitationals (Queen City and Cedarville) in 20th and 21st place, respectively ... finished in the top-75 runners at the MAC Championship meet in a time of 19:45.5. Track and Field -- Indoor, had a pair of second-place finishes in the 800m, one at the Eastern Illinois Mega Meet (2:19.13) and the other at the Ball State/Western Michigan meet (2:19.20) ... indoor best in the 800m of 2:18.30, set at the Notre Dame Meyo Invitational ... outdoor, season best of 2:16.29 in the 800m set at the All-Ohio Championships ... finished third at the Southern Ohio Cup (800m, 2:16.97) ... top-10 finish at the MAC Outdoor Championships (800m, 2:19.74).
High School: School record-holder in 4x800m, 800m, and 1600m ... went to state with cross country team in 2004, then as an individual in 2006 and placed 31st ... placed third in the state track meet in 2006 and fourth in 2007 in the 800 meters ... received league honorable mention twice for cross country ... a three-time first-team all-league selection in track.
Personal: Daughter of Ginny and Dave Lenahan ... majoring in chemistry with a minor in coaching.
