2006-07: Did not see action in dual match play ... went 3-2 during the fall, including a 2-0 record at the Miami Invitational ... teamed up with Laura Ashli Vlasek to post a 2-0 fall doubles record.
2005-06: Competed well in the fall ... posted a 7-2 singles record that included a runner-up finish at the Ball State Fall Invitational ... did not see action in the spring.
2004-05: Did not see action.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered for four seasons at Spanish River High School, serving as team captain during her senior season ... posted a career singles record of 40-4, playing at 1,2 and 3 singles ... helped the Sharks to four straight district titles and back-to-back state runner-up finishes ...
PERSONAL: Daughter of Karla and Tom Young ... turned 22 years old in January 2008 ... two sisters have played collegiate tennis, including Jennifer, who played at the University of Miami, and Amy, who played at Clemson ... majoring in business.
