2015-16: Academic All-MAC ... Placed second in the 400-yard IM against Akron (4:29.88) ... finished third in the event at Bowling Green (4:24.71) and fifth at the MAC Championships (4:25.36) ... her other second-place finish occurred against Ball State in the 200-yard backstroke (2:07.49) ... placed fifth in the event at Bowling Green (2:07.13) and seventh in the Miami Invite (2:02.55) ... touched the wall in third in the 200-yard IM at Eastern Michigan (2:09.73), fourth against Buffalo (2:08.60) and Bowling Green (2:09.29), fifth at the Miami Invite (2:04.99) and 15th at the MAC Championships (2:05.14) ... clocked in fifth in the 1000-yard freestyle against Eastern Michigan (10:46.62) and Xavier (10:50.26) and sixth against Buffalo (10:46.98) ... finished fifth in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:10.21) and sixth in the 400-yard medley relay (4:08.06) against Ball State ... at Ohio State she placed seventh in the 200-yard butterfly (2:11.74) and 10th in the 200-yard medley relay (1:53.13).
2014-2015: Academic All-MAC … won the 400-yard IM at the Ohio Senior Meet (4:24.22) … placed eighth in the event at the Miami Invitational (4:28.32) … placed third in the 200-yard IM at the Ohio Senior Meet (2:04.80), fourth against Ohio State (2:09.05) and 17th at the Miami Invitational (2:07.48) … came in third in the 1000-yard freestyle at Ball State (10:38.54), fifth against Buffalo (10:40.38) and seventh at Purdue (10:46.95) … finished fifth in the 200-yard butterfly against Toledo (2:11.65) … placed seventh at the Ohio Senior Meet in the 200-yard backstroke (2:03.87) and 16th at the Miami Invitational (2:07.28) … finished seventh in the 800-yard freestyle relay at the Ohio Senior Meet (7:47.06) … at the Miami Invitational she finished 16th in the 200-yard backstroke (2:07.28), 20th in the 1650-yard freestyle (17:26.64), 25th in the 500-yard freestyle (5:01.52) and 26th in the 100-yard backstroke (59.73).
2013-2014: Ahearn began the season with a third-place finish in the 200 backstroke and a fourth-place finish in the 200 IM against Purdue. She took third and second in the 1000 freestyle against Xavier and Akron, respectively. She also finished fifth against Akron in the 200 IM. Against Bowling Green, Ahearn finished fourth in the 200 backstroke. At the Miami Invitational, she finished 10th in the 1650 freestyle, ninth in the 400 IM, 11th in the 200 backstroke and 18th in the 200 IM. Ahearn finished fifth in the 1000 freestyle and seventh in the 200 backstroke against Cincinnati and took fourth in the 100 backstroke against Evansville. She third-place finish in the 400 IM against Evansville. Against Buffalo, Ahearn was fifth in the 1650 freestyle and seventh in the 200 IM. She took fourth in the 1000 freestyle and 200 IM against Eastern Michigan. Ahearn was fifth, against Ohio, in the 200 backstroke.
2012-13: Finished eighth in the 100 back against Purdue...She finished first in the 400 IM and fourth in the 200 breaststroke against Xavier...helped her relay team to a fifth-place finish in the 200 medley relay against Evansville...At the Miami Invitational, she placed 8th in the 400 IM, 19th in the 200 backstroke, 21st in the 200 breaststroke and 23rd in the 100 breaststroke...took third in the 200 back against Buffalo...finished fifth in the 200 back against Akron.
HIGH SCHOOL: Swam for head coach Michael Ferraro at Trumbull High School in Trumbull, Conn...four-year letter winner and captain of swimming team her senior year...set the team record in the 200 IM at 2:04 in 2010 when she won the state championship in the event...was state champion in 2009 in the 100 backstroke event where she set a team record of 57.00...part of the state championship team all four years of high school...named All-State and All-FCIAC all four years....named All-American in 2010...Conn. Post All-Star Athlete all four years.
PERSONAL: Born March 12, 1994 in Bridgeport Conn.... daughter of Michael and Patrica Ahearn...honor roll all four years of high school...was a Conn. Scholar Athlete and an U.S.S Scholastic All-American...majoring in accounting.
