2006-07: Cross Country -- Competed in all seven of Miami[apos]s races, turning in scoring finishes at the season[apos]s final six races ... ran career-best 5K time of 19:04 at the Notre Dame Invitational (Sept. 29) ... ran career-best 6K time of 22:57 at the Pre-NCAA Invitational (Oct. 14) ... placed third on the team and 34th overall at the conference meet (21:43) ... finished third on the team and 104th overall at the regional meet (23:30).
2005-06: Cross Country -- Did not compete during the 2005 cross country season. Track and Field -- Ran in both the mile and 3,000 meters during the indoor season ... posted top mile time (5:29.61) at the Cedarville Open ... added season-best 3,000-meter time (10:41.34) at the Ball State Triangular ... competed in a variety of distance events in the outdoor season ... clocked in with top times in the 1,500 meters (4:58.81) at the Indy Relays and 3,000 meters (10:36.12) at the Billy Hayes Invitational ... added top time in the 5,000 meters (18:24.92) at the National City Invitational.
High School: Named first-team all-city and first-team all-district as a senior in cross country ... also a state qualifier and team captain as a senior ... second-team all-city as a junior ... two-year letterwinner in cross country ... ran a personal-best of 19:19 in cross country ... also earned one letter in outdoor track and field.
