2019-20: Skated on the senior team … helped team post top-two finishes in the first three competitions … scored 179 or higher in the final four outings … placed second at the Dr. Richard Porter Championships (12/6-7) with a score of 181.49 … notched a score of 186.98 at the Leon Lurje Trophy (1/24-25) … took fourth at the US Synchronized Skating Championships (2/28-29) with a season-high score of 192.39.
Before Miami: Spent six years in synchronized skating … competed with the Philadelphia Symmetry at the junior level … part of a national qualifying team in 2018 … member of the National Honor Society, graduated summa cum laude … earned a US Figure Skating Graduating Seniors Platinum Award.
Personal: Born Oct. 7, 1999 … parents are Lisa and Gill Lapeire … suffered season ending injury six days prior to tryouts for the 2018-19 season and rehabbed to make the team a year later … majoring in kinesiology and neuroscience.
