Spent two seasons with the USHL's Youngstown Phantoms, enjoying a tremendous 2014-15 campaign that saw him put up 62 points (eighth in the league) on 14 goals and a league-high 48 assists as an assistant captain … helped the Phantoms go a league-best 40-14-6 with a league-record 17-game winning streak in 2014-15 … also lettered three years in hockey at Delbarton High School, where he tallied 109 of his 117 career points in his junior and senior seasons and guided them to three state championships, scoring the game-winning goal in the 2012 title game … earned first-team all-state honors as a senior at Delbarton … graduated on the Headmaster's List (high honors).
