2024-25 HIGHLIGHTS
- Moved into fifth in program history in 3000m steeplechase with time of 8:52.43 at Raleigh Relays (outdoor)
- Finished sixth in steeplechase and 11th in 1500m at MAC Outdoor Championships
- Recognized as Academic All-MAC
2023-24 HIGHLIGHTS
- Set a personal record in the 8k (24:27.7) at XC23 College & Open
- Placed 21st in the 8k at 2023 MAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:56.4
- Competed in NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships, finishing with a personal-best time of 34:13.5 (10k)
- Took first place in the 3000m with a personal record (8:00.98) at PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic (indoor)
- Ran a PR 4:09.58 in the mile at Music City Challenge (indoor)
2022-23 HIGHLIGHTS
- Finished eighth at RedHawk Rumble (cross country) with 8k time of 25:15.7
- Set PR on 8k course at Bradley Pink Classic (cross country), finishing in 24:30.3
- Came in 36th at MAC Cross Country Championships (25:12.7 in 8k) as Miami claimed team title
2021-22 HIGHLIGHTS
- Named Academic All-MAC (track)
- Ran the mile in a personal-best 4:12.07 at Michigan Invitational (indoor), placing fourth
- Set a PR in 3000m with a time of 8:20.47 at Ashland (indoor), coming in second place
- Finished seventh in steeplechase at MAC Outdoor Championships (9:50.27)
- Part of first-place 4x800 relay team at Miami’s Blizzard Buster (outdoor) with a time of 7:52.33

- Took third place in the steeplechase (9:19.15) at MAC Outdoor Championships
- Part of first-place 4x1600 relay team at Drake Relays (16:40.84)
- Ran the 1500 in a season-best time of 3:52.12 at the EKU Rick Erdmann Twilight (outdoor)
- Part of first-place 4x800 relay team (7:51.42) at Miami’s Blizzard Buster (outdoor)
- Finished steeplechase in season-best time of 9:06.36 at Rocket Invitational (outdoor)
PRIOR TO MIAMI
- Competed in rugby for five years and track & field for three years
- Set school records in both the 800m and steeplechase
- Won the 2000m steeplechase at English Schools Nationals in 2019
- Winner of school’s Chairman’s Award

- Earned Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Miami
- Currently pursuing Master's degree in Microbiology
