Was invited to the United States National Junior Evaluation Camp in the summer of 2009 ... also selected in the 2009 NHL Amateur Entry Draft (Buffalo/6th).

2010-11
Played in 17 games this year, starting 16 for the Red and White...won eight games this year, including shut outs against Bowling Green (Nov. 20) and Michigan State (Jan 22)...was first in goals against average (1.76) and fourth in save percentage (.925) in CCHA play...has eight career shutouts...had 29 saves against Ohio State on Jan. 8.

2009-10
Named the Midwest Regional's Most Outstanding Player after his career-high 55-save performance in the final vs. Michigan... stopped all 20 shots he faced in the first overtime against the Wolverines... played 20 games in goal, starting 19... was second in the CCHA in goals-against average on the year (1.97) and in league play only (1.60) and second in save percentage (.937) in CCHA play, all behind teammate Cody Reichard... also tied for second in CCHA winning percentage (.682)... ranked third in goals-against average (1.97), eighth (.921) in save percentage and 12th (.667) in winning percentage nationally... posted four shutouts on the year... had a scoreless streak against the Buckeyes of 144:14... finished the year with a record of 10-4-4... played a total of 1126:44 in net... credited with two assists Feb. 6 vs. Lake Superior State when he also made 38 saves.

2008-09
Played in 23 games as a freshman, starting 21... posted a 13-5-3 record in net... recorded a 2.09 goals-against average and a .904 save percentage... his goals-against average is fourth-best in school history and second-best by a freshman... allowed 47 goals, while making 445 saves... 12 of the goals his goals against came when the opponent was on the power play... registered 33 saves at Nebraska-Omaha on Jan. 23... recorded at least 20 saves on 11 occasions... posted two shutouts (vs. Alaska and at Lake Superior State)... appeared in three shootouts, winning one. .. was credited with 1349:53 of playing time.

Prior to Miami
Played juniors with Boston Junior Bruins of the EJHL... posted a 14-7-2 record with three shutouts and a 2.02 goals-against average in 2007-08... earned league All-Star honors... helped the Bruins to a 40-3-1 mark and a league championships in 2006-07... earned goalie and defensive player of the of the year honors... posted a record of 22-1-0 in 2006-07 with three shutouts and a 1.66 goals against average.
