RedHawks Set to Clash With UIC in the Jacksonville Classic on Nov. 22

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – On Wednesday morning, the Scout Jacksonville Classic announced that the Miami University men's basketball team will take on UIC on Sunday, Nov. 22 at 12 p.m. ET. It will be the third time the two programs have faced off.

The Scout Jacksonville Classic, one of the nation's premier early-season college basketball tournaments, will launch its 5th Annual Men's Basketball event from November 22–25, 2026, at Florida State College in Jacksonville. This year's event will feature a tremendous field of 7 Division I programs, with each program playing between one and three games and bringing high-level competition and fantastic early-season matchups. The field consists of multiple postseason participants from 2026. The 2026 Scout Jacksonville Classic field includes UIC (Missouri Valley Conference), Lamar (Southland), Miami University (MAC), New Mexico State (Conference USA), Ohio (MAC), Rice (American) and Robert Morris (Horizon).

Sunday, November 22

12 p.m.: UIC (Home) vs. Miami (Away)

2:30 p.m.: Robert Morris (Home) vs. New Mexico State (Away)

5 p.m.: Rice (Home) vs. Lamar (Away)

Tuesday, November 24

11 a.m.: New Mexico State (Home) vs. Ohio (Away)

1:30 p.m.: Rice (Home) vs. UIC (Away)

6:30 p.m.: Lamar (Home) vs. Robert Morris (Away)

Wednesday, November 25

11 a.m.: Ohio (Home) vs. Rice (Away)
