
Three RedHawks Garner All-Region Honors

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Three members of the Miami University softball team earned spots on the NFCA All-Region Team. Chloe Parks and Shelby Kunkel were named to the second-team, while Madilyn Reeves found her name on the third-team.
Parks, a two-time All-Region honoree, earning second-team accolades back in 2022. The senior has played in all 59 games this season, recording career-bests in batting average (.379), hits (74), runs (39), doubles (21) and RBI (47). She has hits in 47 of 59 games this year and had a career-high five RBI versus Ball State during the MAC Tournament.
Kunkel had a career year in 2025, posting career-bests in batting average (.376), runs (56), hits (71), doubles (13), home runs (10) and RBI (39). She started all 59 games and leads the team with 20 stolen bases. She had a career-high two home runs and six RBI versus Arizona State and had multiple RBI nine different times this past season.
Reeves currently leads the NCAA in innings pitched (243.2) and is second in complete games (25), 13th in strikeouts (220) and ninth in wins (23). She threw a complete game in the MAC Championship title game versus Ohio and surrendered two or fewer runs in 22 or her 42 appearances this season.
Miami continues postseason play on Friday at 1:30 versus Tennessee in the NCAA Tournament.
