Miami Hockey concludes its 2024-25 season with a home series against No. 4/5 Western Michigan. The RedHawks are 3-26-3 (0-21-1 NCHC) after a pair of overtime games at Minnesota Duluth last weekend, including a hard-fought 1-1 tie Saturday. The Broncos are 24-7-1 (17-4-1 NCHC) and clinched the program's first Penrose Cup outright last week with a 6-4 win and 4-3 OT loss at home to then-No. 18 North Dakota.
This week's games are set for Friday, March 7 and Saturday, March 8 at Steve "Coach" Cady Arena with puck drop at 7:05 p.m. both nights. The games will air on NCHC.tv, with tape-delayed coverage of both games on Rock Entertainment Sports Network. Greg Waddell (play-by-play) and Drew Davis (analyst) have the call. Miami's radio broadcast will be available on WKBV 1490 AM (Richmond, Ind.) Friday and WMOH 1450 AM The Ticket (Hamilton, Ohio) Saturday. Â

Hampus Rydqvist will also play their final series at Cady Arena, but both were already honored on Senior Night at the conclusion of the 2023-24 season.)
Ambrosio (6-12-18) and
Johnny Waldron (4-14-18) are tied for the team point lead. Waldron has a team-high 14 assists, while Ambrosio shares the goal lead with Sullivan (6-4-10) and
Casper Nassen (6-3-9).
Bruno Bruveris (2-12-2, 3.86 GAA, .875 save %) and
Ethan Dahlmeir (1-10-1, 4.04 GAA, .870 save percentage) have each made double-digit starts in net for Miami this year.
