RedHawks Set to Host Match Play Event at Sweetens Cove

The Miami University golf team will host the Sweetens Cove Intercollegiate this Monday-Wednesday in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. This is a match play event with a field of eight teams.

The RedHawks are the No. 1 seed and will face the eighth-seeded Belmont Bruins at 10:30 a.m. on Monday.

The Course
In 2019, Sweetens Cove Golf Club was rated by GolfWeek as the 49th-ranked modern course as well as coming in at No. 21 on the publication's 'Best Courses You Can Play in the USA.' The course was constructed in 2019 and was designed by King-Collins with inspiration from a Mackenzie-Jones style course.
