Choupani Signs With Savannah

OXFORD, Ohio— Miami forward Matt Choupani has signed with the ECHL's Savannah Ghost Pirates, becoming the seventh senior or graduate student from the RedHawks' 2024-25 roster to move on to pro hockey.
The Montreal, Quebec native played 136 collegiate games and produced 57 total points (25-32-57). Choupani came to Oxford after three seasons at Northeastern and played in all 34 games for Miami this year. He put up six goals and 10 assists in a RedHawk sweater, including four multi-point outings.
