Kayla Perfect Named MAC Offensive Player of the Week

CLEVELAND--Â The Mid-American Conference announced its soccer players of the week today, and Miami junior Kayla Perfect was named MAC Offensive Player of the Week.
Perfect, a native of Medina, Ohio, scored or assisted on four of five RedHawk goals last week, contributing a goal and an assist in the win at Ohio and adding two assists in a win at Ball State for her first career multi-assist game. Perfect is averaging 1.10 ppg, the third-most in the MAC. She is currently on a three-game point streak, collecting eight total points in that span, the most by a RedHawk this season. Perfect has logged minutes in all 17 matches this season, totaling four goals, six assists and 14 points, all career highs.
Miami Soccer finishes its regular season Wednesday, Oct. 29 at 3 p.m. at home vs. Kent State.
