Miami Basketball Signs Peter Suder

OXFORD, Ohio – Miami University head men's basketball coach Travis Steele announced the signing of Peter Suder to his program for the 2024-25 season. Suder joins the RedHawks after two years at Bellarmine University.

PRIOR TO MIAMI:
- Averaged 9.9 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.1 steals during his freshman season at Bellarmine
- Dished out a career-high eight assists at Evansville as a freshman
- Named to ASUN All-Freshman Team in 2023
- Recorded a career-high 11 rebounds versus Eastern Kentucky in his freshman season
- Scored a career-high 24 points against Kennesaw St. as a freshman
- Played 31 games and put up 10.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.2 steals as a sophomore
HIGH SCHOOL:
- Attended Carmel High School in Indiana
- Averaged 13.6 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.7 steals per game as a senior
- Finished his career with 1,062 points and 572 rebounds
- Was a starter on two state championship teams (freshman and junior year)
- Led Carmel High School to an 18-6 record and a sectional finals appearance in his senior season
- Named to the Indiana All-Star Team and was a finalist for Mr. Basketball in the spring of 2022
