Steele Announces the Addition of Antwone Woolfolk to the Program

OXFORD, Ohio – Miami University head men's basketball coach Travis Steele announced the addition of Antwone Woolfolk to his program. Woolfolk will join the RedHawks for the upcoming 2024-25 season.

PRIOR TO MIAMI:
- Averaged 3.3 points and 3.1 rebounds during his 27 games played his sophomore year at Rutgers University
- In his freshman year he played 32 games and averaged 2.3 points and 1.6 rebounds
- Set his career-high 10 points versus both Princeton and Coppin State
HIGH SCHOOL:
- Attended Charles F. Brush High School in Cleveland, Ohio
- Averaged 10.7 points and 10.3 rebounds per game as a junior leading his team in both categories
- Ranked No. 294 in the final 247Sports composite rankings (No. 64 for Point Forwards)
- Received offers for basketball from Cal State Bakersfield and Cleveland State, while also receiving offers in football from Boston College, Cincinnati, Akron and Marshall
- Three-Star Recruit
A NOTE FROM COACH STEELE:
- "We are very excited to add Antwone to the Miami Family. We have to dominate our backyard in recruiting in order for us to win big," said Steele. "Antwone played for former Miami legend, Chet Mason, at Brush High School in the Cleveland area. Antwone has battled some of the best big men in the country the last two years while competing at Rutgers. His experiences will allow him to have an instant impact for us. Antwone is a very versatile player that is extremely tough."
