IN WITH THE NEW: Head coach
Glenn Box added seven new players to the roster, including four freshman and three transfers from Illinois, Mercer and Loyola Chicago.
DOUBLE TROUBLE:
Amber Tretter recorded 10 double-doubles last season as a true freshman with the RedHawks. In fact, her 222 rebounds was the most in a single-season by a freshman in program history. She opened the year with a game-high 13 points and nine rebounds in the win over App State.
ABOUT XAVIER: Xavier is coming off a 55-36 loss on Tuesday to San Jose State. Julia Garcia Roig led the team with eight points.
SERIES WITH XAVIER: This will be the 20th meeting between the two schools with the RedHawks holding a 12-7 all-time series advantage. Miami has won three of the past four meetings and has not lost at Xavier since the 1999-00 season.
LAST MEETING WITH THE MUSKETEERS: Freshman
Amber Tretter's put back with 6.5 seconds remaining gave Miami a 58-57 overtime win over Xavier back on Nov. 27, 2023. The win was the first for head coach
Glenn Box.
Jadyn Scott had a team-high 16 points for the RedHawks. She was joined in double figures by

Ilse de Vries (10 points).
