RICHMOND, Ind. — Miami hosted The Indy at Forest Hills Invitational, an individuals only tournament, on Friday. Two RedHawks competed individually, with Sam Mortell placing sixth overall with a score of 141, or one above par.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

Mortell (73-68–141) shot four birdies in his first round, and five in his second round. His second round score was two below par.
Tyler Anderson (73-71–144) tied for 18th, shooting five birdies overall. His score improved by two strokes in his second round.

UP NEXT:
The RedHawks will host the RedHawk Intercollegiate in Pittsburgh on Monday, Oct. 14 and Tuesday, Oct. 15.
