RedHawks Tied For First After Two Rounds in Hawaii

KAPOLEI, Hawaii — The Miami University golf team is tied for first place after the second round of the Kapolei Invitational, moving up five places in the team standings from the previous day. The RedHawks are two under par (574 total strokes), matching the host institution's score. Miami's Brett Podobinski is in third place on the individual leaderboard with a score of 141, or four below par.

- Morgan Blythe (71-72=143) advanced four places, ending the day tied for ninth.
- Matthew Mattioli (74-71=145) is tied for 17th, moving up 25 places from the first round.
- Cameron Pero (72-77=149) is tied for 39th place, shooting four birdies throughout the tournament.
- Nathan Vonderhaar (77-76=153) competed as an individual and is tied for 65th.
- Michael Weber (81-73=154) moved up 13 places into a tie for 70th.
