Zaborowski Named Co-Player of the Week

CLEVELAND, Ohio-- Miami University first baseman Ryland Zaborowski was named MAC Co-Player of the Week, the conference announced today. Zaborowski homered in all four Miami games this week to lead the RedHawks' offense. The redshirt sophomore hit a grand slam Tuesday against Ohio State and capped a doubleheader sweep of Kent State Saturday with a walk-off solo shot in the bottom of the 10th. For the week, Zaborowski hit .471 with nine RBI, 21 total bases, five extra-base hits and a slugging percentage of 1.235. He is a Sport Leadership and Management major in the College of Education, Health and Society from Gilbert, Ariz.

Zaborowski and the RedHawks return to action Wednesday, April 26 for a non-conference game at Purdue. First pitch is set for 6 p.m. in West Lafayette, Ind.
