Soccer Announces Nine Signings For 2023 Season

Miami University head coach Courtney Sirmans has announced nine additions to Miami's soccer program. Macy Berg, Emma Chapman, Morhéa Hoefen, Julia Kure, Sophia Penegor, Kayla Perfect, Dominique Popa, Rylee Seach and Ella Smith will join the RedHawks' roster for the 2023 soccer season.

Macy Berg, 5-8, Midfielder, Coconut Creek, Fla./Cardinal Gibbons

Played club soccer at Football Club Prime
Was a starter on the 2020-2021 State Champion team
Named to the Broward All-County First Team by both the Miami Herald and the Sun Sentinel in junior year of high school (2021-2022)
Named to the Miami Herald 2020-2021 Broward All-County Second Team
Named the 2022 AP Scholar
Selected the team MVP in her junior year
Chosen as the team captain in her junior and senior year of high school
