RedHawks in 10th Place After Day One at Dayton

KETTERING, Ohio — Miami is in 10th place at University of Dayton's Flyer Invitational at NCR Country Club after two rounds of play. Danny Fisher became Miami's top finisher from day one after shooting two below par during the second round.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Fisher improved his score from a 74 in round one to a 69 in round two to finish one over par on the day and tie for 23rd overall. His second-round score included six birdies.
- Morgan Blythe and Matthew Mattioli each shot a 72 (one over par) in round one and a 73 (two above par) in round two, finishing three over par on the day. They are tied for 35th individually.
- Michael Weber finished six above par through two rounds, shooting a 75 in round one and a 73 in round two. He had five total birdies.
- Cameron Pero shot a 77 in round one and a 75 in round two, finishing the day 10 over par.
- Brett Podobinski and Egor Zotov competed as individuals. Podobinski had scores of 73 and 77, finishing eight over par, and Zotov had scores of 79 and 72, finishing nine over par.
- Miami's team score after the first two rounds is nine above par.
