MUNCIE, Ind.—The Miami University women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision at Ball State University on Sunday afternoon. It was the first Mid-American Conference loss for the RedHawks (12-9; 6-1 MAC) this season, while the Cardinals move to 15-3 overall and 6-1 in the MAC.
Brindtha Ramasamy picked up the point for the RedHawks with a 6-3, 6-4 win at No. 1 singles. Ramasamy and
Laura Rico teamed up at No. 1 doubles to notch a 6-1 win.
