2/15/2022 2:29:00 PM | Hockey
Miami makes its next-to-last road trip of the regular season this week, heading to Colorado College's new Ed Robson Arena for the first time to battle the Tigers. The RedHawks are coming off a home sweep of then-No. 18 Omaha, winning 5-4 Friday and 4-2 Saturday. CC has dropped five straight contests, most recently a pair of games at then-No. 12 North Dakota (3-2 Friday, 4-0 Saturday).
Both games will be available on NCHC.tv, with puck drop at 9:30 p.m. ET Friday and 8 p.m. Saturday in Colorado Springs. Greg Waddell will have the call on WMOH 1450 AM The Ticket (Hamilton, Ohio) both nights (possibly 'joined in progress' on Friday).
Miami enters the weekend at 6-20-2 (3-14-1 NCHC), while CC is 7-18-3 (4-13-1 NCHC).
Head coach Chris Bergeron and junior defenseman Alec Capstick met with the media this week to preview the series against Colorado College.
