OXFORD, Ohio– Despite a feverish last few minutes, the Miami University women's soccer team fell 2-1 to the Loyola University Chicago Ramblers on Thursday evening at Bobby Kramig Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- It was a quiet first half for the RedHawks. Miami had two shots but could not connect.
- At the 39:27 mark, Loyola took a 1-0 advantage.
- Loyola scored 13 minutes into the second half making it a 2-0 deficit for Miami.
- In the last two minutes of the match, Haley Anspach scored making it 2-1 but Miami could get no closer with the expiring clock.
