BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — The Miami University baseball team suffered a 7-1 loss to Bowling Green State University on Tuesday afternoon at Steller Field. The Falcons out-hit the RedHawks 8-6 and were propelled by a four-run inning in the seventh. After an early 3-0 lead in the conference matchup, the Falcons held on to their lead to secure the victory in the first game of the series. The RedHawks fall to 19-20 (12-13 Mid-American Conference) while the Falcons improve to 13-22 (11-14 MAC).
