Miami University Director of Athletics, David Sayler, has announced the Breanna Robinson has been promoted to Associate Athletic Director for Diversity, Advocacy and Student-Athlete Success. Robinson will also have sport oversight of women's basketball and softball.
Â
"Bre has done exceptional work throughout her time back at Miami," said Sayler. "In addition to her academic background and successful involvement in recruiting, she has a unique ability to look at things from a big-picture perspective while also providing an ear and a voice of reason for support. She will continue to flourish and help us support our mission in her new role."

As the new Associate Athletic Director, Robinson will lead a staff of five to maintain Miami's high academic standard of Graduating Champions, while also working daily to provide support and oversight with compliance issues. She will also continue to manage Miami's one-stop recruitment center, an initiative to streamline recruiting for all varsity sports and the Department's Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
Â
"I'm grateful to work with incredible individuals who have contributed to my development as an administrator and served as champions since I arrived back at Miami in 2017," said Robinson. "As I transition into this role, I look forward to taking on new challenges, embracing more opportunities for learning and continuing my professional growth to better serve our student-athletes, coaches, staff and campus community."Â
Â

She still sits atop several Miami categories for single season marks, including for home runs (11, tied with two others) and runs-batted-in (51). She ranks in the top 10 in program history in both categories.
