The RedHawks and Bulls will meet for the second time this season on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

ON TAP: Miami (11-15, 4-10 Mid-American Conference) travels to Buffalo (14-11, 5-9 MAC) on Saturday for the second matchup of the regular season with the Bulls. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. Fans can listen to the game on The Miami Sports Network from Van Wagner and watch on ESPN+.

LAST TIME OUT: The RedHawks fell just short at Kent State on Saturday (75-80), despite Lauren Dickerson breaking another school record and Miami holding a one-point lead with 1:15 to play. Dickerson became the first player in program history to make 300 three-pointers as she now has 302, passing Courtney Osborn's previous record of 299. Dickerson led the Miami offense with 29 points and Savannah Kluesner recorded a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Kluesner's double-double was her 12th on the season, which ranks fourth in program history. Peyton Scott also scored in double figures with 13 points. As a team, the RedHawks rank second in the MAC in turnover margin (3.35), assist/turnover ratio (0.99), blocks (99), assists (385) and steals (240).

ABOUT BUFFALO: The Bulls sit in fourth place in the East division, just one game ahead of Miami. Buffalo earned a 62-56 win against Bowling Green on Saturday to break its six-game losing streak. Against BGSU, Dyaisha Fair led a trio of Bulls in double figures with 21 points while Abebola Adeyeye led the team with 13 boards. Fair leads the Buffalo offense this season with 20.9 points per game, which ranks second in the MAC and sixth in the country. As a team, Buffalo has the worst shooting percentage (.388) in the conference but the second-best defense (.384). The Bulls also lead the league in rebounding offense (42.5), offensive rebounds (15.6) and rebounding margin (+3.0).

SERIES WITH THE BULLS: Buffalo leads the all-time series 21-20 against Miami as the Bulls own the last eight victories, including the MAC opener earlier this season. On January 4, Miami fell to Buffalo by a 72-86 margin inside Millett Hall. Dickerson broke the program record for career field goals made as she had 12 field goals and 32 points. Kluesner had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds and Scott reached double figures with 10 points.

LOOKING AHEAD: Miami returns home to host Akron on Saturday for alumnae day. The women's basketball team kicks off the tripleheader with men's basketball and hockey with a 1 p.m. tip.
